Coaching will normally focus on improving a specific area of life or work on a single issue or project. This might relate to your home life, personal life, business, work life, relationships - whatever adjustment you would like to make. Coaching can help you to establish a clear idea of where you are in life right now, what really matters to you, where your strengths and weaknesses are, what obstacles might be in your way, and help you to develop a plan that can allow you to make those changes you want to make.

When we have a goal but are either not working towards it or not achieving it as we would like, then something is usually blocking us from doing so, and that is often conflict. Our Transformational Coaching programme is itself a step ahead of more traditional methods because it searches out and resolves the hidden conflicts that exist in the human psyche. We all have thoughts and beliefs about our abilities, what we can or cannot do, going on inside our head. It's like an inner voice. But consider this: what if what we have learned about ourselves and our capabilities is wrong?

Achieving a goal requires change to happen. It is no wonder, then, that faced with big changes we may tend towards procrastination, suffer from lack of motivation, or get anxious at the thought of the task ahead. If we are used to acting in a certain way, it can be difficult if we are required to act in a different manner. Our brains can recognise this change as a threat and trigger our natural 'fight or flight' response.
