Personal Development Programmes & Coaching

Sometimes in life we just feel stuck or feel a loss of direction. This can lead to lack of motivation or procrastination. What we can identify here is a fear of change - we know we want to make a change but do not know how to move forward. Perhaps there is a fear of failure or success underpinning this, or issues with confidence or self-esteem.

I have trained in a variety of coaching techniques and combine coaching and therapeutic techniques to create powerful Personal Development Programmes.

We will work on a one-to-one basis, starting with an in-depth analysis of where you are in life and where you wish to be, an assessment of your personality type, and progressing developing your personal roadmap, working on issues such as overcoming procrastination, developing motivation and enthusiasm, confidence, and self-esteem where needed.

The Personal Development Programme might focus on improving a specific area of your life or work on a single issue or project. This might relate to your home life, personal life, work life, relationships - whatever adjustment you would like to make. It can help you to establish a clear idea of where you are in life right now, what really matters to you, where your strengths and weaknesses are, what obstacles might be in your way, and help you to develop a plan that can allow you to make those changes you want to make.

During this process, you might concentrate on one or more of the following areas:

Prices Start from £320 for an 8-session course, with the option for ongoing sessions at a reduced hourly rate.
